ЭНДОКРИН-РАЗРУШАЮЩИЙ И ИММУНОТОКСИЧЕСКИЙ ЭФФЕКТЫ ПЕСТИЦИДОВ НА ПОТОМСТВО В УСЛОВИЯХ ИХ ПОСТУПЛЕНИЯ ЧЕРЕЗ ОРГАНИЗМ МАТЕРИ

Резюме
Целью исследования было выявление токсического эффекта внутриутробного и раннего постнатального воздействия пестицидов на развитие эндокринной и иммунной системы потомства. Эксперименты проводили на белых взрослых самцах крыс, которые соответственно получали пестициды ламбда-цигалотрин или фипронил в период беременности и лактации. Потомство от экспериментальных и контрольных животных изучался на 3, 7, 14, 21 и 30 дни после рождения с использованием методов морфологии, электронной микроскопии, иммуногистохимии и биохимии. Было
показано, что токсический эффект воздействия пестицидов во время беременности и лактации проявляется в виде замедления роста и формирования тимуса, лимфатических узлов, селезенки и щитовидной железы потомства. В механизме токсического действия пестицидов на иммунно- эндокринную систему, ведущую роль играет дисбаланс между пролиферацией и апоптозом клеток, вызванный как прямым токсическим действием препаратов, так развивающимся гипотиреозом и окислительным стрессом у матери и потомства. Это обуславливает необходимость раннего выявления гипотиреоза и окислительного стресса у беременных женщин и новорожденных, с последующей их фармакологической коррекцией.
