Резюме

Атопический дерматит (АтД) — хроническое рецидивирующее воспалительное заболевание кожи. Витамин Д играет определенную роль в иммунологических механизмах патогенеза некоторых кожных заболеваний. В мировой литературе имеются данные о влиянии витамина Д на тяжесть течения АтД. Исследования зарубежных ученых о наличии корреляции витамина Д у детей с атопическим дерматитом показали противоречивые результаты. В статье представлены новые данные о наличии корреляции между низким уровнем витамина Д и тяжестью атопического дерматита у детей.
