EFFECTIVE WAYS OF LANGUAGE LEARNING FOR MEDICAL SPECIALISTS IN THE ENGLISH SPEAKING ENVIRONMENT
The international scientific-practical workshops and master class «EFFECTIVE WAYS OF LANGUAGE LEARNING FOR MEDICAL SPECIALISTS IN THE ENGLISH SPEAKING ENVIRONMENT» were organized in the department “Foreign languages” in the TashPMI on the 6-7th December, 2022 .
Our department teachers visited a conference in Istanbul
In August of this year, teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages at TOSHPTI participated in the international social science research conference on innovations in education in Istanbul, Turkey. The conference brought together scholars and researchers from three continents – Asia, Africa and Europe – to build international cooperation. TOSHPI delegates from Uzbekistan took an active part in the conference, sharing ideas and experiences with their colleagues on topical issues in education. D. Buranova’s lecture on “Prospects for Teaching English in Medical Universities” caused a particularly vivid discussion. The teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages received certificates as speaker and participant in the conference.
English Tea Club
On April 18, 2022, teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages held a recreational-educational event in English on the theme of English Tea Club at TTJ II TashPMI. It was attended by all teachers of the department, students of the Faculty of Pediatrics 2.
During the event, various interactive games, Kahoo game, hilarious quizzes were held, in which students took an active part. At the end of the event, the winners were identified and presented with souvenirs.
The event was held in high spirits. A well-decorated table was set for the participants and there was a conversation over tea. After that, the head of the Department of Foreign Languages, associate professor D.D. Buranova spoke about the relevance and importance of the English language. It was noted that such events are beneficial for students, teachers, and the organization has a positive impact on the educational development of young people.
In short, this event had a good impression on everyone.
ATTENTION 3RD YEAR STUDENTS!
The Department of Foreign Languages informs you that the state exam in the discipline “English” for 3-year course students of all faculties will be organized in the Zoom platform from February 14 to February 17, 2022. The exact date and time of the exam will be announced in advance by the dean’s office of all faculties.
We ask you to follow these requirements for passing the state exam:
1. Thematic material and requirements for the exams will be announced and provided to each group by teachers, as well as posted on the Moodle TashPMI platform and on the department’s website.
2. Each student is required to have a passport (original).
3. All online problems must be solved before the start of the exam. In case of problems with home Internet connections, it is recommended to contact in advance the district, regional and city centralized Internet cafes (specially organized in each region for online training of students), with a preliminary appointment 2-3 days before the start of state exams, with a clear indication of the date and time. The address of the Internet cafe and other relevant data must be provided to the teacher of your group in advance.
4. The presence of a video link for the purpose of direct communication between the student and the examination committee is a prerequisite.
5. In case of unserious preparation and failure to comply with the above rules, and, as a consequence, the lack of online communication with the examination committee, the student is considered to have failed the exam.

On November 5, examinations in English for applicants to PhD studies at TashPMI were organized with the head of the department “Foreign languages” associate professor Buranvoa D.D., senior teachers of the department Aimetova Kh.D., Nabieva J.R.
