ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ МЕЖДУ ФУНКЦИЕЙ РЕНАЛИ И ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ АКТИВНОСТЬЮ У БОЛЬНЫХ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ РЕНАЛЬНОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ЭТАПА ПРЕДИАЛИЗА

Резюме,
Цель: изучить связь между функцией почек и физической нагрузкой у пациентов с хроническим заболеванием почек стадии преддиализа. Материал и методы. В исследование включены 121 госпитализированный пациент в РСНПМКТТ. Для оценки физической активности использовали 6-минутный тест ходьбы, тест на приседание и тест на равновесие. Результаты. У пациентов с терминальной стадией почечной недостаточности физическая активность значительно ниже, чем у населения в целом, а также у пациентов с другими распространенными хроническими заболеваниями, такими как диастолическая сердечная недостаточность. Выводы: тесты для оценки физической активности представляются достаточно дешевыми и очень многообещающим инструментом для оценки физической активности у пациентов с хроническим заболеванием почек.
