Резюме

Реактивные артриты являются часто встречаемой патологией в детском возрасте. В статье выделены этиологические (триггерные) факторы развития реактивного артрита у детей: перенесенные энтероколитические инфекции, инфекции мочевыводящих путей, наличие хронического тонзиллита и кариеса, перенесенные острые респираторные инфекции; а также сочетание нескольких факторов. Рассмотрены основные клинические проявления, варианты течения, диагностика и принципы лечения реактивного артрита.
