Резюме

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме современной медицины — облучению населения при проведении компьютерной томографии в Республике Узбекистан. За период 2017-2021 гг. количество процедур компьютерной томографии увеличилось с 175 000 до 437 000 (в 2,5 раза), произошло увеличение коллективной дозы от компьютерной томографии с 987,5 до 2765,0 чел-Зв (в 2,8 раза). Постоянное совершенствование существующих методов лучевой диагностики требует повышенного внимания к обеспечению радиационной безопасности пациентов. Повышение радиационной защиты пациентов необходимо проводить регулярно путем анализа параметров протоколов КТ, определения нормативных значений ДЛП и эффективных доз пациентов при КТ различных участков тела, сопоставления с предлагаемыми значениями референтных диагностических уровней. .
