On May 29, 2021, the Russian delegation headed by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation M.A. Murashko visited the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, accompanied by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.M. Khadzhibaev.
During the visit, the rector of the Tashkent Pediatric Institute in the foyer of the university presented a video depicting the latest history of Russian-Uzbek cooperation. Also, B.T.Daminov briefly spoke about the activities of the institute. After that, the rector introduced the delegation to the museum of the institute, where he acquainted the guests with the history of the university from the moment of opening to the present day.
In addition, the minister left a note with warm wishes in the book of honorary guests of the institute.
The rector of the institute acquainted the delegation with the classrooms and the lecture complex of the institute. During familiarization with the conditions created for university students, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation M.A. Murashko emphasized the high-tech equipment and good material and technical base of the university.
During his visit to the youth conference hall, M.A. Murashko was presented with a wall of the hall with a quote from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from a speech at the Youth Forum. The minister asked to translate this quote, which in translation into Russian sounded: “Youth is our priceless treasure, our strength and a symbol of our great future.” The head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation noted the great attention and great importance given to the youth of Uzbekistan by the President of the republic with the words: “Look how the President appreciates his youth, speaking of them as a priceless treasure.”
During the visit, the guests were also introduced to the institute’s IT-park based on the Innovation Center, which is equipped with modern technical equipment, where students and young specialists of the institute are working on the creation and implementation of new technologies and programs into practice.
Also M.A.Murashko attended classes and talked with students. During the conversation, the minister wished the students great luck, gave words of parting words, saying the following: “You all came to medicine at the call of your heart, so I wish you great luck and that these days will be remembered for a lifetime. Moreover, when such good conditions have been created for you ”.
In addition, the guests were presented with the walls of the educational building of the institute, covered with medical pictures with images of anatomical parts of the body and medical proverbs in Latin. MA Murashko and other members of the delegation highly appreciated this idea and said: “Great. These pictures and expressions create a real learning and medical atmosphere for students. It can be seen that the institute was renovated not just like that, but with soul and that the whole team was working on it. “
After that, the rector of TashPMI presented memorable gifts to the representatives of the delegation.
At the end of the visit to TashPMI, the rector of the institute introduced the delegation to the infrastructure of the university, made in the form of a campus and showed the appearance of the simulation center of the institute. After that, the delegation thanked the leadership of the institute for the warm welcome and said goodbye to the representatives of the institute.
