The activities of the department for commercialization of scientific and innovative developments are based on the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, other government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory legal documents and orders, intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan. International treaties in the field of security, Charter of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, orders and instructions of the rector, internal regulations of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, Regulations on the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute Commercialization of scientific and innovative developments is carried out in accordance with other regulatory legal documents of the institute.

The main activities of the commercialization department are:
– systematic analysis of the market and demand for innovative products (works, services), assessment of the payback period associated with the commercialization of innovative products, study of profitability and risks;
– selection of promising projects that have high commercial potential and are ready for implementation;
– attracting investors, partners and other interested parties to implement innovative projects;
– cooperation with industrial enterprises to introduce new technologies and develop innovative products.

Improving the mechanisms for introducing innovations in industries and sectors of the economy:

In order to improve the mechanisms for introducing innovations in industries and areas of the economy, the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute has established cooperative relationships with the banking and financial system and private sector enterprises. In collaboration with the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute’s innovation fund received 357.0 million soums from the commercialization of innovative development. its implementation in the activities of medical institutions of our Republic.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, funds were received from the commercialization of innovative developments by introducing them into the activities of Higher Educational Institutions. Under business contracts for the provision of innovative services to business entities, the institute’s innovation fund received 558.0 million soums.
