The 1st Congress of Pediatricians of Uzbekistan on the topic “Topical issues of applied pediatrics” was held at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.

The congress was organized by the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in cooperation with the National Medical Center for Children, the Association of Pediatricians and Anesthesiologists-Resuscitators of Uzbekistan.

The congress was attended by representatives of the healthcare sector from Central Asian countries, near and far abroad, researchers, professors and young scientists.

The purpose of the event was the exchange of ideas on attracting high technologies in the field of pediatrics, as well as the implementation of ideas of researchers and entrepreneurs, joint problem solving.

During the Congress, the main issue was the creation of a full-fledged communication platform for interaction with the best practices of more than a thousand pediatricians, pediatric anesthesiologists, neonatologists, cardiologists, surgeons, urologists, nephrologists and specialists in radiation diagnostics.

The Congress participants also agreed to promote long-term cooperation between scientists and practitioners in the field of integration of education, science and practice in the field of pediatrics.
