From July 10 to July 17, 2023, representatives of Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick, Ireland, represented by the Chief of Staff of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Katie O’Sullivan and the Director of Education Quality Department Dr. Ryan Deirdre paid an official visit to the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.
This visit was organized as part of the successful implementation of the Erasmus + Higher Education Staff Mobility Program.
During the visit, meetings were organized with the rector of the institute, Botir Daminov, and the Department of International Relations, where they discussed long-term plans for joint cooperation and negotiations with the director of the Erasmus + National Office in Uzbekistan, Aziza Abdurakhmanova.
Educational seminars were also held with employees of the educational department, the education quality department. The guests also got acquainted with the platform for digital education and projects in the field of artificial intelligence, presented by the employees of the Center for Advanced Technologies and Strategic Initiatives.
