The “Registrar’s Office” is a structural unit of the university responsible for student data management, academic process organization and support, coordination of academic activities, ensuring transparency and openness in the educational process, eliminating bureaucratic barriers, generating analytical data, and optimizing decision-making processes.

The main structural components of the “Registrar’s Office” include:

  • Front Office (Student Service Department);
  • Back Office (Database Management Department).

The office operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, decrees, resolutions, and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the board, orders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the university’s Charter, decisions of the university’s Council, orders of the university rector, and this Regulation.
