According to the legislator of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees of the Legislative Chamber and Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health operates on the basis of regulatory documents and the charter of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.

Doctoral students, basic doctoral students, free applicants in specialties approved by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In order to ensure the conduct of research, the Central Scientific Research Laboratory publishes their results in the scientific and practical journal “Pediatrics” and “European Pediatric Bulletin”, and also publishes their results in scientific articles. Doctoral studies and basic doctoral studies are carried out on the basis of the recommendations and instructions of the Ministry in this area.
