International cooperation of the department:

Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute is establishing cooperation links among QS World University Ranking universities and achieving positive results. As a result, from 30.05.2022-26.06.2022, the head of the Department of Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Gulyamov S.S., as well as from 16.09.2019 to 12.10.2019, Associate Professor Yakubova F.Kh. underwent 144 hours of advanced training in the direction of “Pediatric Dentistry” at the St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University

In addition, the teachers of TashPMI visited the Turkish Medical Institute. The head of the Department of Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry, Professor Gulyamov S.S. also participated in the delegation. During the meeting with the Chairman of the Association of Pediatricians E. Hasanogli, an agreement was reached on joining this Association of Pediatricians and organizing joint international conferences. Also at the meeting, issues of expanding cooperation and exchanging mutual experience in the field of practical medicine and medical education were discussed. The staff of the Department of Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry regularly participate in international conferences. On April 17, 2024, students of the 201st group of the International Dental Faculty visited the International Dental Exhibition under the guidance of teacher Gulnora Rakhmonovna Shukurova and associate professor Farida Khaldarovna Yakubova. At the exhibition, they got acquainted with the latest innovations in modern dentistry. Information was received on new methods, drugs, equipment and methods in the treatment process.
