Master’s degree is the second stage of higher education, lasting at least two years, based on a bachelor’s degree in a specific specialty. Master’s programs produce qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in specific specialties. In TashPTI, by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, admission to master’s programs began in the 2000/2001 academic year. In 2000, admission to the master’s program was carried out in 3 specialties, and now there are 35 specialties in the master’s program. Over the years, the head of the master’s department was a number of qualified employees, including: Fayziev Kh.N., Nasirov A.A., Agzamov A.M., Khaitov K.N., Valiev A.R., Rakhmatullaev A.A. , currently the head of the department is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Sh.S. Abdullayev. In addition, methodologists Abdurazzakova Z.K., Sangilov U.B., work in the department. Over the past years, 2,308 masters have successfully completed their studies and are working in various areas.
