Currently, the activities of the magistracy department are carried out on the basis of two staff units (the head of the department and the methodologist).

In accordance with the objectives of the national model of personnel training in higher education and the trends of socio-economic development of the country, the purpose of the Master’s degree department is to organize the training of highly qualified specialists-masters who have deeply mastered professional, legal, pedagogical and psychological knowledge in the relevant specialty and are aware of their responsibility to society, the state and the family.

The Magistracy Department , together with departments and deaneries , has the following tasks:

assistance in the organization and provision of the educational process for the preparation of masters, quality control of their education and training;
provision of educational, survey and research work;
coordination and control over the activities of all departments of the university on the preparation of masters;
implementation of systematic monitoring of the course of training and employment of masters, analysis and preparation of regular reports on the preparation of masters.
