About the Department of clinical (training) bases and treatment work
- General rules
1.1 application area
- The regulation on the Department of clinical bases and treatment works is considered the main normative document, clarifies the purpose, functions, rights and responsibilities of the Department for clinical bases and treatment work, and ensures the organization of its activities and regulation of its relations with other components and officials of the Toshpti.
- The Department for clinical (training) bases and treatment work is a ToshPTI-owned organization.
- The Department of treatment affairs is directly subordinate to the pro-rector of ToshPTI treatment Affairs.
In its activities, the Department for clinical (training) bases and treatment works works works based on: - Tshpti charter;
- Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts;
- Internal labor regulations;
- Internal Education Regulations;
- Toshptiing internal regulatory documents (regulations, orders, regulations, standards, etc.);
- ToshPTI Scientific Council decisions;
- ToshPTI administration orders;

- Organize and stop activities
- The Department for clinical bases and treatment work is organized or suspended on the order of the rector of Tashpti.
- The structural structure of the Department for clinical bases and treatment work is drawn up and approved by the Rector in agreement with the vice-rector. Proposals are entered by the head of the Department.

The Department of clinical bases and treatment affairs is headed by the head of the Department of treatment Affairs. - Control, improvement, creation of all conditions for educational and clinical practice of students, Masters and clinical interns, control of diagnostic and therapeutic-consultative activities of employees of clinical departments at clinical bases.
- Functions
- Control, improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic-consultative activities of clinical departments and clinic staff in clinical bases, creation of all conditions for educational and clinical practice of students, Masters and clinical interns;
- Improvement and control of diagnostic and therapeutic activities of employees of the department, students, Masters, clinical ordinators;
- Development of advanced methods and technologies for diagnosis and treatment at clinical bases and conducting scientific research aimed at introduction into medical practice;
- Improve the quality of the permanent professional level (including internships in foreign educational institutions and clinics) and develop international cooperation
- Functions
Supervised by the Department for clinical bases and treatment work:
- Monitoring the activities of the treatment Board;
- Organizational and methodological work on the work of clinical bases and clinical departments with one;
- Treatment – consultative work of ToshPTI clinical bases;
- Treatment-consultative activities of clinical departments;
- Annual report on the treatment – consultative activities of ToshPTI clinical departments;
- Control of SSV-approved protocols and standards for diagnostic and therapeutic work carried out at clinical bases;
- Review of population applications for treatment-consultation work carried out by the teaching team of clinical departments;
- Organization of bilateral beneficial activities aimed at the development of health care between the components and government bodies;
- Master class, seminars, holding conferences, reading lectures when participating in conferences with Tashkent branches;
- Monitoring the activities of clinical departments in clinical bases;
- Ensuring labor practice relations with clinical bases and external structures;
- Additional activities are also carried out on the basis of internal regulatory documents, organizational orders, developed to carry out the tasks assigned to the Department for treatment work.
- Collaboration
- The Department for treatment work requires the following in the process of cooperation with the clinical departments of ToshPTI:
- Integrated plans;
- Quarter reports;
- Annual reports;
- Event plans;
- Reports of events being completed.
- Huquq and powers
- Organization of departmental foliation for treatment work, making decisions on the issues of distribution of work and tasks among employees;
- The responsibilities of the Department for treatment work to give assignments and tasks to its employees in matters that are part of the Soha;
- Control over the implementation of tasks and tasks assigned to the personnel of the Department for treatment work;
