Master’s degree is the second stage of higher education, lasting at least two years, based on a bachelor’s degree in a specific specialty. Master’s programs produce qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in specific specialties. In TashPTI, by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, admission to master’s programs began in the 2000/2001 academic year. In 2000, admission to the master’s program was carried out in 3 specialties, and now there are 35 specialties in the master’s program. Over the years, the head of the master’s department was a number of qualified employees, including: Fayziev Kh.N., Nasirov A.A., Agzamov A.M., Khaitov K.N., Valiev A.R., Rakhmatullaev A.A. , currently the head of the department is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Sh.S. Abdullayev. In addition, methodologists Abdurazzakova Z.K., Sangilov U.B., Sobirov Zh.A. work in the department. Over the past years, 2,308 masters have successfully completed their studies and are working in various areas.
Born in 1983 in the city of Tashkent in a family of intellectuals, Uzbek, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor. Graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2000-2010. In 2011-2013 he worked as a research intern at TMA, in 2014-2018 as an assistant at the department of faculty and hospital internal diseases of TashPMI, since 2018 he worked as an associate professor of the same department, in 2018-2019 he worked as a chief specialist in the department of quality control of education at TashPMI. In 2016, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation. Since 2019, he has been working as the head of the master’s department at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Sh.S. Abdullayev was awarded the “30 years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and “Mehr-Sakhavat” badges, the author of more than 70 scientific works.
