The Office and Archive Department was established in 1972.

The staff of the Office registers incoming and outgoing documentation, accepts and sends documents through the liaison offices, registers internal documents of the Institute (orders, orders, letters, statements).

The Archive is responsible for storing documents and providing archival information.

Abrarova Alla Ivanovna, born in 1948, Ukrainian. From 1972 to 2014, she worked as the head of the TashPMI Office.

Lebedeva Oksana Sagitovna was born in 1968. In 1987-1989 he worked as an inspector of SAMPI. 1989-1995 student of TashPMI. In 2009-2014, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Psychiatry of TashPMI. From 2014 to the present, Head of the Office.
