1. The office accepts documents, registers incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal orders and transfers them to responsible persons.
  2. The office and archive conduct office work based on compliance with the rules for working with documents, namely:

–  registration of documentation in record keeping;

–  control over the execution and deadlines for execution of documents;

–  deregistration of documents due to expiration;

  • The office has its own round seal indicating the name of the institute, a seal for registering requests from individuals and legal entities, and a quadrangular stamp.
  • The head of the chancellery, chancellery and archive staff jointly draw up the nomenclature of the institute, coordinate it with the Tashkent City State Archive, approve it after agreement with the rector and submit it to the departments of the institute for record keeping.
