The first is to increase the interest of young people in music, art, literature, theater and other forms of art, which serves to realize their talent.
The second is the physical training of young people, creating the necessary conditions for them to demonstrate their abilities in sports.
Third, organizing the effective use of computer technology and the Internet by the population and youth. Fourth, systematic organization of work to increase the spirituality of young people and widespread promotion of book reading.
Fifth, ensuring women’s employment.
