The Office is considered to be an independently functioning structural body, which, in accordance with the Institute’s Charter, reports to the rector.
The Office carries out its activities on the basis of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees, Resolutions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Resolutions, Decrees, Laws, orders and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Resolutions of the Collegium, rules established by the Department of the Central State Archive under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent City State Archive, orders and orders of TASHGIV, corresponding regulatory and methodological documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Office accepts documents, registers incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal orders and transfers them to responsible persons.
