In accordance with the decision of the IV Congress of the Public Youth Movement of Uzbekistan “Kamolot”, held on June 30, 2017, and in accordance with the Decree Of the President from 5.07.2017 No. UP–5106 “On improving the effectiveness of the state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan” dated July 5, 2017 for No. PF-5106, the Public Youth Movement of Uzbekistan “Kamolot” was reorganized into the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
The primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute was established at the Founding Meeting of the primary organization No. 01 dated September 12, 2017 and registered on October 4, 2017 according to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Yunusabad District Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan No. 01-04/2 dated October 2, 2017. based on the above documents, the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute issued certificate No. 14/192/004.
Since that moment, the primary organization of the ODM “Kamolot” has been reorganized as the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the institute, and A.A. Nasirov was elected its head until 2019.

- 2003-2006 – Imomov Sobir Turakulovich;
- 2006-2007 – Dilmurod Rikhsibaevich Zufarov;
- 2007-2012 – Imomov Sobir Turakulovich;
- 2012-2019 – Nasirov Abdulaziz Akhmatullayevich.
From 2019 to the present, the head of the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute is an assistant of the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases, Children’s skin and Venereal Diseases and AIDS – Abidov Hasankhoja Alisherovich.
The Youth Union of Uzbekistan is a non-governmental non-profit organization created by individuals in the organizational and legal form of the Union with the aim of forming a physically healthy, spiritually mature and intellectually developed, independent-minded young generation, protecting young people from external threats and harmful effects of “mass culture”, providing comprehensive assistance to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of youth and creating conditions.
The main goal of the union is to further deepen the democratic, political and economic reforms carried out in the country, strengthen peace and harmony in society, involve Uzbekistan in the processes of becoming one of the developed countries of the world, as well as ensure effective protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the younger generation, increase the spiritual and professional level of boys and girls, assistance in the implementation of their intellectual and creative potential.
